Lor Scoota is the West Baltimore rapper that every one from West Baltimore listens to if you from the hood. When he was alive I always listened to his music and a little bit of Young Moose but at the time every body from West listened to him.
Young Moose is the East Baltimore rapper that everyone from East listed to him. Ever since Lor Scoota pasted away I’ve been listening to him more often.
